?? New Opportunity - Business Operations Team Leader | Remote | 6 Months FTC Secondment

I'm working with a well-established, mission-driven education provider currently seeking a Business Operations Team Leader to join their business operations department. This is a 6-month, full-time fixed-term contract with fully remote working and the opportunity to lead meaningful change and service improvements.

?? Role Highlights

As Business Operations Team Leader, you will:

  • Manage and maintain administrative processes and service standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery
  • Use data insights and feedback to identify and mitigate risks to the student experience
  • Support strategic projects and initiatives alongside senior leaders
  • Lead change implementation within a fast-paced academic environment
  • Must have HE background
