About the Role:
As a Treasury Admin Assistant, you will play a vital role in the client implementation process for our range of cash management solutions. You'll work closely with clients and internal teams, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Client Management: Oversee end-to-end client implementations across a range of cash management solutions.
- Project Coordination: Work collaboratively with clients to establish project timelines, communicate status updates, and swiftly resolve any issues.
- Tailored Client Approach: Deliver a professional and customised experience that meets the unique needs of each client.
- Effective Communication: Lead conference calls with clients and internal stakeholders, keeping everyone informed and engaged.
- Documentation Handling: Coordinate all KYC and legal documentation for smooth client onboarding.
- Stakeholder Updates: Regularly update stakeholders on onboarding progress and identify any potential challenges.
- Internal Collaboration: Connect with internal teams to ensure timely onboarding and influence decision-making as needed.
- System Management: Set up relevant products and services within systems, maintaining thorough documentation for audit trails.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Previous experience in a client-facing or client engagement role
- Project Management Skills: A proven track record of managing projects with varying timelines.
- Communication Mastery: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Experience in a fast-paced environment, adept at managing client needs efficiently.
Bonus Skills:
- An analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
- Previous experience in financial services or investment banking would be advantageous.
- A solid understanding of cash and treasury management products is a plus.
