This is a hands-on position - ideal for a Management Accountant with strong manufacturing experience who enjoys improving processes, coaching others, and contributing to the overall success of the finance function.
What You'll Be Doing
Producing accurate and timely monthly management accounts
Completing balance sheet reconciliations and adjustments
Reviewing and approving payment runs
Monitoring and forecasting company cash flow
Overseeing VAT returns, regulatory submissions, and the fixed asset register
Managing and developing a small purchase ledger and invoicing team
Leading preparation for year-end audits
Providing financial insight to support business decision-making
What You'll Bring
Part-qualified, fully qualified, or QBE with solid hands-on accounting experience
Manufacturing experience (essential) and strong systems knowledge
Team management experience with the ability to coach and develop others
Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and ability to meet deadlines under pressure
A proactive, inquisitive mindset with confidence to suggest process improvements
