Day-to-day of the role:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and understand developmental needs across the organisation.
  • Design and deliver a variety of learning interventions, ensuring an engaging and effective blended learning experience.
  • Create and implement management and leadership training programmes tailored to a range of developmental topics.
  • Provide career and development coaching support to employees at all levels.
  • Promote learning interventions across the business to boost engagement and participation.
  • Monitor and report on key metrics such as attendance levels and the impact of training initiatives.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance the learning offerings to ensure they add value and remain aligned with industry best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in the learning community and introduce innovative solutions to the business.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable passion and knowledge in People Development.
  • Proven experience in the end-to-end design and delivery of training within a professional environment.
  • Strong ability to work autonomously and build lasting relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Coaching qualification or currently working towards one (desirable).
  • CIPD qualification in Learning and Development or actively pursuing (desirable).
  • Background in Financial Services (desirable).
