You may have a year or two’s experience in learning and development and are ready to progress your career. Maybe you’re looking to put your coaching or training qualification into practice. Or, if you’re looking for your first role within L&D, this could be your chance to step into the industry, as experience isn’t essential. However, this role will only be for you if you are confident, creative, people-focused, and most importantly, can deliver engaging face-to-face training!
It is an opportunity to join a company that prioritises staff wellbeing which is reflected in their extensive benefits package. You can work from home two days a week with working hours of 8-4 or 9-5. You’ll also be entitled to an annual bonus, 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), your birthday off, a day a year to get involved in voluntary work and social events throughout the year. You’ll work in a smart, open-plan office and free parking is available.
As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will deliver skills and behaviour-based inclusive training to support employees’ development and career progression. You will sit within the HR team and work alongside another L&D Specialist.
This is a corporate firm, so you will need to be professional. Planning and organisation skills will be key, whilst also being great at thinking on your feet. You will enjoy getting to know and building relationships with stakeholders across the business. As a standalone role, you will have lots of autonomy. So, you will enjoy responsibility and managing your workload.
Alongside delivering on-site face-to-face training, you will also be:
