  • Providing daily support to a portfolio of existing customers
  • Handling enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
  • Inputting and processing orders using Sage
  • Managing returns and credit requests through the system
  • Collaborating closely with the sales team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

  • A confident communicator with a polite and professional telephone manner
  • Someone who thrives under pressure and stays calm in a busy environment
  • Strong organisational skills and adaptability
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
