We are recruiting for Customer Service Advisor working Monday to Friday on a full time and permanent basis for a company based in Bromsgrove.
Role: Customer Service Advisor
Salary: 25,000 per annum
Hours: Monday-Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 (30 min lunch)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities
Daily contact with existing customers via email and telephone
Processing orders, returns and credits via Sage
Working with the Sales Team to ensure that customers are satisfied
Key Requirements
The ability to remain calm in a busy environment
Adaptability and organisational skills
Experience of Microsoft office
Good speed while providing excellent Customer Service
Previous customer service experience
Excellent telephone manner
