REED Technology are looking for a Business Analyst who thrives on solving complex problems, driving change, and delivering impactful solutions. If you have a background in Wealth Management, Banking, or Financial Services, and you're passionate about leveraging Agile methodologies and CRM systems to transform business processes, this role is for you.
Join a forward-thinking organisation on a 12-month fixed-term contract and play a pivotal role in digital transformation initiatives. You'll act as the voice of the customer, bridging business needs with technical solutions, and ensuring projects deliver real value quickly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse business processes, identify improvements, and deliver effective solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across all levels to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
- Work closely with digital transformation teams to convert requirements into user stories for Agile development sprints.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
- Document and propose solutions, oversee implementation, and support change initiatives.
- Perform user acceptance testing and ensure successful release handovers.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Wealth Management, Banking, or Financial Services.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems - XPlan preferred, but IRISS, Salesforce, or similar will be considered.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Birmingham 3 days per week.
