Join a leading independent financial advisory and wealth management firm in a pivotal role as an Executive IFA Administrator. This position offers a dynamic work environment with hybrid working opportunities, where you will provide essential administrative and technical support to Financial Advisers and clients, ensuring the delivery of excellent outcomes.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Client Liaison & Servicing: Act as the first point of contact for client queries, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong relationships across all areas of the business.
  • Relationship Management: Collaborate with advisers to manage client requests from start to finish, ensuring timely and clear communication. Regularly meet with advisers to set workflow priorities and manage client expectations.
  • Provider & Third-Party Communication: Liaise with providers and investment platforms to follow up on client requests and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Administration Support: Offer technical and administrative support to assigned IFAs, including form pre-population, money laundering checks, fact finds, and management of incoming post. Prepare client review packs, research, illustrations, and coordinate new business case processing.
  • Maintenance of Client Records: Ensure all client data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Continuous Process Improvements: Identify and recommend improvements to internal processes to enhance client outcomes.
  • Policies and Procedures: Adhere to all internal policies and ensure actions comply with FCA guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a Financial Services IFA support role.
  • Sound knowledge of modern platforms and a variety of financial products, including pensions, investments, and protection.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Ability to take initiative and own tasks through to completion with a flexible and positive attitude.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is driven by quality and professionalism.
