We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team in Bromsgrove. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the finance department through accurate record keeping, efficient administrative tasks, and contributing to the smooth running of the day-to-day financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:-
Maintain accurate financial records and update files accordingly

Scan, file, and manage electronic and paper documents efficiently

Respond promptly and professionally to phone calls and emails

Deliver a high standard of customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Assist with month-end bank reconciliations and related paperwork

Support general administrative duties as required within the accounts department

Strong ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

A proactive team player with the ability to work independently when needed

Confident with IT systems and software; excellent IT skills required (including MS Office)
