Location: Hybrid / Bromsgrove (1 day per week)

Sanderson is proud to be partnering with a fast-growing financial services organisation that has successfully acquired several businesses over the past 12 months. As they continue to scale, they're looking for a Senior Software Developer who will play a key role in the development and deployment of robust applications and mentoring others in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy scalable cloud-based applications using C#, .NET Core, and Azure Functions.
Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring delivery of high-quality, maintainable code.
Maintain and enhance the business's mobile application
Identify and implement performance optimisations across systems.
Support front-end development (React) as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and innovative software solutions.

Skills & Experience Required:

Previous experience in software development, with a strong focus on C#, .NET and React.
Proficiency with Azure, including DevOps and Functions.
Strong leadership, mentoring, and collaboration skills.
Desirable: Experience with AI, Umbraco, SharePoint, or mobile app development.
