We have recently been retained by the directors of an award winning, family run visitor attraction in East Yorkshire who are creating an exciting new role of Head of Operations, Growth & Commercial Management within their business.

This popular visitor attraction is set in rural countryside, close to the coast, and offers a unique mix of outdoor adventure, hands-on play, full-service restaurant & café dining, retail and events facilities. The directors are now looking to enter an exciting new chapter - making their operation leaner, smarter and future ready, and building new facilities and experiences that will delight their guests and grow revenue.

We are therefore looking to recruit an experienced Head of Operations,Growth & Commercial Management to oversee all aspects of this business. This is a senior leadership, and strategically focused role, reporting directly to the business founders.

Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Head of Operations,Growth & Commercial Management, who is able to demonstrate a stable and progressive background, to their current role of Head of Operations, Growth & Commercial Management, together with a proven track record gained within a leisure, hospitality or visitor attraction businesses.

The successful candidate for the role of Head of OperationsGrowth & Commercial Management will work in close partnership with the directors, taking their vision, and turning it into reality, through clear, planned stages.

This is very much a collaborative role, and you will bring your expertise, insight and energy to execute the plan, which will in turn deliver measurable commercial results and business growth.
