Wing Coordinator - Broughton (Onsite)

Are you a proactive, organised, and solutions-focused individual ready to make a real impact? We're looking for a Wing Coordinator to join our Planning and Logistics team at our Broughton site. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting production and logistics for one of the world's leading aerospace manufacturers.
What You'll Be Doing
- Drive Production Success: Launch and manage daily production scheduling tasks, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
- Collaborate & Communicate: Attend daily production meetings, report on progress, and work closely with teams across departments to resolve issues and adjust priorities.
- Problem-Solve & Support: Monitor parts availability, manage work orders, and coordinate the flow of components-including handling missing parts and unexpected challenges.
- Logistics Leadership: Oversee the distribution of components, manage outstanding logistics flows, and support the transfer of responsibilities both internally and externally.
- Continuous Improvement: Take part in managing the supply of Wing Loose Items to all Final Assembly Lines, always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in production planning, scheduling, or logistics (industry background is flexible-if you have the skills, we want to hear from you!)
- A self-starter with a 'can-do' attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Logical, customer-focused, and results-driven approach to problem-solving
