Sonic Summary

We are recruiting Production Operatives for a temp-to-perm position in Buckingham, offering a half day on Fridays and overtime opportunities.
The role requires experience in manufacturing and confidence in working with hand tools and heavy equipment.
Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 07:30 to 17:00 and Friday from 07:30 to 11:30, with overtime paid at £15.83 for hours over 40 and £18.31 for Saturdays.
Attendance bonuses are available after 12 weeks, and candidates must have their own transport due to the location.
The ideal candidate should be fit, healthy, and able to work on their feet all day, with a good understanding of English.

We are excited to be recruiting for Production Operatives on behalf of our client based in Buckingham. This role is temp to perm so after 12 weeks you will be taken on as a permanent member of staff!

As a Production Operative your role will include

Working with hand tools such as nail guns
Working with heavy tools

The hours of work for the Production Operative role will be:

Monday to Thursday 0730 - 17:00
Friday 07:30-11:30
Overtime over 40 hours are paid at £15.83
All Saturday hours are paid at £18.31
Attendance bonus also paid after 12 weeks

To be a successful Production Operative, you will

Have experience in manufacturing
Be confident working with tools
Be fit and healthy
Be able to work on your feet all day
Speak and understand English
