Main duties and responsibilities: You will be responsible for the preparation and cooking of food to high standards, while maintaining a clean, safe and tidy work environment at all times.
You should be able to work as part of a team as well as showing your own initiative. A passion for food is a must and you should be able to inspire others with your flair and individuality.
Essential criteria: You will have experience of working as a Chef de Partie looking to make the next step up in your career, along with the desire to develop further. To have experience of working in rosettes establishments would be most advantageous.
