Sonic Summary

We are recruiting for Production Operatives in Buckingham, offering a temp to perm position with immediate start.
The role requires experience in the timber industry and manufacturing, as well as confidence working with tools.
Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 07:30 to 17:00 and Friday from 07:30 to 11:30, with half days on Fridays.
Overtime is paid at £14.95 for hours over 40, and Saturday hours are compensated at £17.25.
Candidates must be fit, healthy, and able to work on their feet all day, with an attendance bonus available after 12 weeks.

We are excited to be recruiting for Production Operatives on behalf of our client based in Buckingham. This role is temp to perm so after 12 weeks you will be taken on as a permanent member of staff!

As a Production Operative your role will include

Working with hand tools such as nail guns
Working with heavy tools
Building pallets

The hours of work for the Production Operative role will be:

Monday to Thursday 0730 - 17:00
Friday 07:30-11:30
Overtime over 40 hours are paid at £14.95
All Saturday hours are paid at £17.25
Attendance bonus also paid after 12 weeks

To be a successful Production Operative, you will

Have experience in the timber industry
Have experience in manufacturing

Speak and understand English
