• Oversee stock control, ordering, and inventory management.

• Lead recruitment, training, and scheduling of casual staff (experience desirable but not essential).
• Monitor financial performance and contribute to budget planning.

• Proven experience managing bar operations across multiple sites.
• Familiarity with health and safety and food hygiene regulations.
• Understanding of financial processes within a bar setting.
• Experience managing casual staff is a plus.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening abilities to respond to feedback and improve service.
• Clear and concise communicator across all levels.
