Head of Sales - CNC/Manufacturing
We are a rapidly growing company looking for an ambitious Sales department Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for someone with a hunter mentality, who thrives on building new business and managing sales from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline (60% new business focus).
Conduct market research to identify opportunities and build tailored proposals and quotations.
Document all leads, opportunities, and customer interactions accurately.
Attend trade shows, and close deals.
Manage the team, Department and all elements of the sales process, sharing knowledge and mentoring junior staff.
Operate with autonomy-your day is dictated by what drives results, whether on the road or onsite.
Experience / Skills / Qualifications:
Proven experience in business development
CNC experience is essential.
5-6 years of relevant experience; looking for someone ambitious and eager to grow with the company.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Must be commutable to Milton Keynes

Salary: up to 60k basic + uncapped commission.
Paid travel to customer sites as needed
Pension: 3-5% contribution.
