Responsibilities:Maintain and grow relationships with agency recruitment clients at all levels.Travel for client-based meetings and training 2 days a week; spend 3 days in the office.Achieve sales targets while enhancing opportunities with new and existing agency clients.Grow the worker base across existing and new agency clients.Increase leads/referrals from existing agency accounts where we are on the PSL/ASL.Conduct extensive contact with recruitment consultants across all branches, including face-to-face meetings.Provide technical support to agencies as needed by understanding the industry landscape.Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve issues and queries promptly.Log all calls, meetings, and interactions in our CRM system.Gather relevant market intelligence and share insights with colleagues.

Skills & Requirements:Highly motivated and dynamic sales individual with the right cultural fit.Preferred experience in the industry or recruitment.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Effective time management to ensure timely execution of all duties.Proven ability to create and implement growth ideas.Solid commercial awareness and adeptness in negotiating with agency partners.Experience in presenting to clients at various levels, including senior positions.A positive, can-do attitude!
