Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a creative and passionate Art Teacher on behalf of a welcoming secondary school in Flintshire. This long-term role begins in September 2025, offering the opportunity to inspire and nurture students' artistic abilities in a supportive and engaging environment.

We are looking for a dynamic individual who can deliver imaginative lessons and foster a love of art and design across Key Stages 3 and 4.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver creative and engaging Art & Design lessons

  • Encourage self-expression, experimentation, and technical skill development

  • Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback to students

  • Support department planning, displays, and whole-school art initiatives

Requirements:

  • A recognised PGCE or equivalent secondary teaching qualification in Art & Design
