Salary: 40000 per annum

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Manager to join our domiciliary care agency in Bude. As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the agency and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of care staff, providing guidance, support, and supervision.
  • Ensure that all care services are delivered in accordance with CQC regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews of clients' care plans to ensure they are receiving the appropriate level of care.
  • Monitor and maintain the agency's budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry developments and implement best practices in care delivery.
  • Handle any complaints or concerns raised by clients or their families in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, including staff training and compliance.
  • Participate in recruitment, training, and performance management of care staff.
  • Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager in a domiciliary care setting.
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and care standards.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in IT and record keeping.
  • Valid UK driver's license and access to a vehicle.
