Position: Registered Manager
Location: Bude, UK
Type: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: 40000 per annum
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Manager to join our domiciliary care agency in Bude. As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the agency and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a team of care staff, providing guidance, support, and supervision.Ensure that all care services are delivered in accordance with CQC regulations and company policies.Develop and maintain relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.Conduct regular assessments and reviews of clients' care plans to ensure they are receiving the appropriate level of care.Monitor and maintain the agency's budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.Keep up-to-date with industry developments and implement best practices in care delivery.Handle any complaints or concerns raised by clients or their families in a timely and professional manner.Maintain accurate records and documentation, including staff training and compliance.Participate in recruitment, training, and performance management of care staff.Requirements:
NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager in a domiciliary care setting.Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and care standards.Excellent leadership and management skills.Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in IT and record keeping.Valid UK driver's license and access to a vehicle.We Offer:
