CK Group are recruiting for an Events Assistant, to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry, on a contract basis, until the end of March 2026.


Salary:

16.41 - 18.49 per hour PAYE or 21.77 - 24.30 per hour Umbrella.


Events Assistant Role:
  • To organise internal and external events, from initial event enquiry to completion and post event management.
  • Liaise with existing and new venues and suppliers.
  • To win and maintain business by providing our client's customers with excellent event experiences, that will see repeat and extended business wins.
  • Continue to build upon our commercial and educational event portfolio with our customers in mind.
  • Oversee delegate experience, including registration.

Your Background:
  • A relevant degree e.g Life Science, Marketing, Events Management.
  • Event coordination experience, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience raising POs and managing payments.
  • Proven experience working to small and large-scale budgets.
  • Experience using CRM systems to create event campaigns would be advantageous.
