As an HR Advisor, you’ll be a trusted partner to managers and employees, providing expert guidance on a wide range of HR matters. From employee relations and performance management to policy development and wellbeing initiatives, you’ll play a key role in supporting our people and driving HR excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day HR advice and support to managers and employees
- Manage employee relations cases, including disciplinary and grievance processes
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that enhance employee engagement and wellbeing
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with employment legislation
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in an HR Advisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion
- CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) is desirable
