Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Plant Fitter to join our growing team based in Reading. This is a full-time, permanent position offering excellent pay, benefits, and a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out service, maintenance, and repair of a variety of plant and heavy equipment
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults efficiently
- Perform workshop-based tasks with occasional on-site support as required
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards and company policies
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence (required)
- Experience working with heavy mobile and or fixed plant machinery (Essential)
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
