Laboratory Support Technician

Temporary position – immediate start (w/c 26th May) and until 30th September 2025

Full time working hours (8am – 4pm, Mon – Fri)

Duties of the role:

Support with the processing and manufacturing of plasma samples
Register, store and test plasma samples as per SOPS
Calibrate and monitor laboratory equipment
Discard and manage waste processes when required
You will be required to work from time to time in cold storage environments and be on your feet for long periods of time

Requirements:

Previous laboratory experience would be highly desirable
Science related degree is desirable, but minimum of scientific A Levels are required
Driving licence as location is difficulty to access by public transport
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work as part of team and individually when required
