Job description:
My client a well known food production company based in the Burnley area.
The working hours are Monday-Friday 6am-2pm
Pay Rate 12.71ph
Responsibilities
- Meet production deadlines and quality standards
- Keep work areas clean and tidy at all times
- Ensure all start up checks are completed prior to start of production
- Accurately weigh out all ingredients needed for the production process
- Follow production recipes and record raw material batch codes
- Ensure the correct temperature is achieved for each batch
- Maintain equipment to optimise production
- Ensure size, shape, colour and flavour match batch codes and recipes
- Adhere to strict Food Safety and Quality Policies at all times
- Adhere to company Health and Safety policies
- Always follow good hygiene practices
