We are looking for a Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team at a primary school in Burnley. This role will involve delivering targeted phonics, maths, and reading interventions to small groups of pupils, helping them achieve their full potential and develop key skills in these critical areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver phonics, maths, and reading interventions to small groups of pupils.

  • Work alongside class teachers to monitor pupil progress and adapt interventions as needed.

  • Assist in the planning and delivery of tailored lessons to meet individual learning needs.

  • Provide additional support to children who need extra help to catch up.

  • Track and report on pupil progress to ensure the effectiveness of interventions.
