They provide a wide range of business services to organisations and individuals throughout the North of England. They have seen dramatic growth plans in recent years and as a result of this growth, they are now looking for a Corporate Tax Assistant Advisory Manager/ Manager to join their existing team in their Burnley office. This is a full time role across a 37.5 hour week.

As part of your own development you will establish strong working relationships with your own portfolio of clients through assignments and regular contact, including attending client meetings. As you will be a key member of the team, previous tax experience within practice is essential, however we will consider candidates coming from a compliance or advisory background- or a mix of both. We are looking for someone with strong technical knowledge, the ability to carry out research into complex areas of tax legislation, manage complex projects and help up-skill the tax team. PERSON SPECIFICATION
- CTA/ ACA/ ACCA (or equivalent) qualified
- Our clients come from all industries, so exposure to multiple sectors would be a distinct advantage
- Previous Corporate Tax in a similar role within a practice environment is essential
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to carry out research into complex areas of tax legislation
- Organisation skills and a desire to learn are also important
