This specialist manufacturer within the Construction Industry have continued to expand on an international basis with exciting prospects ahead and new developments in place.


This is a Monday - Friday days based role out of their purpose built and modern facility in Burnley. You will manage a fairly small but specialist team of Engineers where you will have full autonomy to make necessary changes.

This role would suit someone with Engineering, Production and Management experience looking to take the next step in their career, within a stable and fulfilling role.


The Role.

• Management of Engineering department (Approx. 15).
• Monday - Friday days (8am - 5pm with flexibility).
• Off tools - strategic, scheduling, man-management focused.

The Person.

• Engineering background (Electrical, Mechanical or Multi-skilled.
• Management, Supervisory or Head of experience.
• Commutable to Burnley.
