The Role:
Lead and manage the nursery provision, ensuring high standards of teaching and care
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities to support children's development
Work closely with parents, staff, and external agencies to provide a holistic approach to early years education
Support the professional development of nursery staff and maintain safeguarding standards
Monitor and assess children's progress and well-being
Requirements:
Experience as a TA, HLTA, or Early Careers Teacher with a focus on early years
Strong understanding of early years frameworks and child development
Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A caring and enthusiastic approach to working with young children
