We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Optimisation Manager (6 momth FTC) to execute the strategic transformation of the recruitment practices to enhance operational excellence and future-proof the recruitment function. This role will drive the execution of the Talent Acquisition strategy, focusing on innovation, ethical practices, and the implementation of cutting-edge assessment and selection methodologies to improve recruitment quality and efficiency.

Description

  • Proven expertise in talent acquisition management, with a strong emphasis on developing and implementing best practices in hiring processes and selection methodologies.
  • Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to utilise data to spot bottlenecks in the process, drive strategic decisions and improve recruitment practices. Experience in developing metrics and KPIs to monitor and report on recruitment effectiveness is ideal.
  • Act as a Recruitment SME to partner with the Social Mobility, Apprenticeship, HRIS, Talent Management team to enhance, change, and develop new tools, initiatives and solutions across our Talent Lifecyle. Work closely with the Inclusion & Diversity to continually enhance recruitment strategies, aligned with organisational goals to create belonging.
  • Experience in leading and optimising recruitment tools and workflows, including involvement with HRIS teams and/or external vendors for process design input on enhancements and configuration.

Profile

A successful Recruitment Optimisation Manager should have:

  • An educational background in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment management.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Excellent leadership abilities and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage recruitment metrics.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
