Company: A Leading Housing Developer recognised for their 5-star reputation and sustainable homes are looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join their team in Burton.
Job Description:
- Assist the Site Manager in overseeing all on-site construction activities
- Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times
- Supervise subcontractors and tradespeople on site
- Coordinate and manage site logistics and resources
- Monitor and report on project progress and quality standards
Required Qualifications:
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
- CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
- First Aid Certification
- Valid Driving Licence
- Scaffold Certification
Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within the house building sector
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of house building processes and regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Good problem-solving abilities
Working Conditions:
- On-site work in various weather conditions
- Regular travel between sites may be required
- Full-time hours Monday to Friday
