  • Oversee production across three manufacturing sites (Mon-Fri, 5am-3pm)
  • Manage and support a team of supervisors and a technician
  • Drive performance, quality, and production efficiency
  • Lead and implement Lean Manufacturing practices and process improvements
  • Report directly to the Operations Manager

The Candidate:

  • Strong background in the food industry, ideally meat processing
  • Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing and process optimisation
  • Confident in implementing continuous improvement initiatives
  • Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
  • Full UK Driving Licence
