Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll focus on improving processes, optimising efficiency, ensuring food safety compliance, and using data analysis to implement effective changes that support long-term business growth.This is more than just a management role - it's a chance to make a genuine impact and help shape the future direction of a business on the rise. - Oversee production across three manufacturing sites (Mon-Fri, 5am-3pm)
- Manage and support a team of supervisors and a technician
- Drive performance, quality, and production efficiency
- Lead and implement Lean Manufacturing practices and process improvements
- Report directly to the Operations Manager
The Candidate:
- Strong background in the food industry, ideally meat processing
- Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing and process optimisation
- Confident in implementing continuous improvement initiatives
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
- Full UK Driving Licence
