• Develop and execute the overall production strategy to meet organizational goals
• Monitor performance metrics (output, efficiency, quality, waste) and adjust plans accordingly
• Collaborate with Planning and Supply Chain teams to develop and communicate short- and long-term production schedules
• Lead cross-functional strategic projects to support wider business objectives, including capacity expansion, automation, sustainability initiatives, and process optimisation
• Lead, coach, and develop Shift Supervisors and production teams across all shifts

The person:

• Proven experience in a production management or senior supervisory role within food manufacturing or a similar industry
