The strategically important Development Engineer role comes with a salary of up to 55,000, a generous pension of 10% employer contribution as well as 25 days annual leave, increasing to 30 over time.

Responsibilities and duties of the Development Engineer role

Reporting to the Quality Manager you will:

  • Develop new product ideas for the business as well as complete the drawings to ensure quality and safety
  • Develop Falsework and formwork designs
  • Produce Hand Calculations
  • Test new products as and when needed


Professional qualifications

We are looking for someone with the following:

  • A degree in Engineering
  • Desirable to be a Chartered with a relevant institution
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience within Structural Engineering
