We are currently looking for a Maintenance Program Administrator to work for one of our clients based in Burton on Trent.
The client is a market-leading manufacturer of specialist equipment to a range of industry sectors including heavy engineering and aerospace.
Due to the specialist nature of the products the work is both interesting and will include the planning and coordination of maintenance visits, making travel and accommodation arrangements, arranging logistics and freight and ensuring that engineers have all of the necessary equipment and arrangements in place when carrying out essential maintenance on clients sites both in the UK and overseas
The successful applicant will be responsible for liaising with clients, travel agents and airlines, freight companies, engineers and all relevant stakeholders both internally and externally in order to ensure the smooth running of the companies maintenance program.
The successful candidate will be an experienced administrator used to dealing with people at all levels, both on the phone and face to face. Previous experience of project co-ordination and/or maintenance planning/co-ordination would be useful as would some experience in logistics/supply chain administration
Applicants will need to be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel etc) and will ideally have some experience of a working with a CRM and/or SAP/ERP system
