Reed Recruitment Bury St Edmunds are Delighted to be working on behalf of our client for are seeking a Senior Financial Planner Support to join their busy Offices.
You will undertake a senior lead support role to the Financial Planners and Directors to ensure clients receive a consistent, high level of service and support, and to coach and develop team members to ensure delivery of a high-quality service to clients
Responsibilities- Team and Client Support: Undertake tasks that benefit the team and ultimately the client. Escalate any concerns to the Team Leader.
- Product Understanding: Understand complex products and assist in developing procedures for the team.
- Client Holdings Management: Work with platforms and providers to ensure clients' holdings are correctly managed
- Suitability Letters: Generate template suitability letters from CRM and complete the free type sections where possible.
- Cash Weightings: Ensure cash weightings are checked each week and actioned in conjunction with the Financial Planner.
- CRM Maintenance: Ensure CRM is up to date and opportunities are added and maintained regularly and correctly, in consultation with the Financial Planner.
- Client Instructions Processing: Process all client instructions using the respective advice flow, checklists, and event lists and tasks.
- Project Management: Undertake and manage project activities to ensure the efficient running of the office.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with legislation, rules, and procedures at all times.
- Talent Development: Maintain and update talent development records ensuring objectives are up to date and the impact of any training is recorded.
- Diploma qualified or equivalent experience.
- Active CPD.
- Becketts’ mandatory compliance training.
