the role.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Scheduling Administrator to be a part of a successful company that provides Plumbing, Heating and Electrical solutions and certificates nationwide to over 9000 tenants. You will report directly to the Head of Customer Services, and hours of work will be 9am-5:30pm Monday to Friday.

Your daily duties include:

  • Effectively managing engineers' diaries.
  • Scheduling engineer visits.
  • Liaise with tenants, customers and engineers.
  • Record all communications onto the system.
  • Resolve and/or escalate complaints and queries.

Performing any other administrative duties as required.

Your own car is essential for this role, due to the lovely rural location.
