My client is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the team at their boutique hotels multi-award winning four AA Rosette restaurant.

This beautifully restored 17th-century watermill is located close to Newmarket and Bury St Edmunds in the Suffolk countryside and is home to a field-to fork restaurant, luxurious accommodation and an idyllic setting for special celebrations.

Salary is 29000 pca + tips which are roughly +£2000 pca depending on trade.
Salary is based on a 45h week (presence in the business over 5 days)
