Job Duties:- Providing support to individuals with physical or learning disabilities in their daily activities
- Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Supporting clients with medication administration as per care plans
- Engaging clients in social and recreational activities
- Documenting and reporting on client progress and any concerns to the supervising team
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Health and Social Care
- Valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check
- Good understanding of safeguarding procedures
- Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths
- Prior experience working in a similar support worker role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Understanding of person-centred care approaches
- NVQ Level 3 or above in Health and Social Care
- First Aid certification
- Driver with access to a vechicle
- Part-time hours, may include evenings and weekends
- Work primarily in residential care settings
- Physical demands may include lifting and assisting clients with mobility
