What you'll do:

As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing your own ledger, ensuring timely payments and maintaining customer engagement. You will chase outstanding debt through various channels including phone and email. Your role will also involve handling queries, resolving issues, and flagging potential financial risks. When necessary, you will follow disconnection procedures. Additionally, you will support reporting processes and suggest improvements where possible.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Credit Controller role brings with them credit control experience, ideally with full ledger management. Proficiency in Excel, Outlook and being system-savvy will enable you to excel in this position.
