Job Title: Client Solutions Manager - ES Site Services
Location: Bury (regular client / site visits)
Reporting to: Business Directors
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 plus package
Type: Full-time, Permanent

ES Site Services is a new division of the ES Group, sitting alongside the established business of Employment Solutions and ES Steel Solutions. With over 30 years of experience, Employment Solutions is a trusted recruitment partner in the engineering, manufacturing, and technology sectors, delivering both contract and permanent staffing across white- and blue-collar disciplines.
Whilst ES Steel Solutions, has over 20 years of expertise, specialising in steel and mechanical installation and project management for major construction projects in the UK's Nuclear and Defence sectors.
As part of this integrated group, ES Site Services primary aim is to deliver high-volume workforce mobilisation solutions to key clients across the following sectors:
- Nuclear & Defence
- Power Generation
- Technical Engineering
- Infrastructure
- Oil & Gas
- Petrochemical Refineries

The Opportunity

We are therefore seeking an experienced, sales-focused Client Solutions Manager to lead the growth and delivery of our newest and most dynamic business unit - ES Site Services. This role offers the opportunity to shape and grow a division that supports the group, by delivering manpower solutions to our own construction projects and external companies from the groups wider client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage strong client relationships to support repeat business and long-term partnerships
- Drive proactive sales and business development across key sectors
- Lead and mentor a dedicated recruitment resource team to ensure delivery excellence
- Forecast demand and plan resources effectively to meet client project timelines
- Conduct regular site visits to maintain client engagement and assess on-site performance
- Track and report on project progress, delivery milestones, and workforce metrics
- Oversee performance management of internal resource teams to ensure KPIs and SLAs are met
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in account management or sales within recruitment / talent acquisition, construction, engineering, or a related high-volume staffing environment
- Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisational and project management capabilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, delivery-oriented business
- Able to travel for site visits across the UK as required
- A strategic mindset combined with hands-on delivery experience
