We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established engineering and manufacturing business that supports customers across the UK and internationally. They’re looking for a Customer Care Coordinator to join their friendly and supportive team.

You will be joining a team of 5 to deliver excellent customer service to clients on a daily basis. The ability to work well with colleagues and other departments is essential in this role as the company thrive on collaborating and working together.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Processing customer orders accurately from start to finish
  • Responding to customer queries via phone, email, and chat
  • Preparing and sending quotations
  • Building strong relationships with customers and ensuring their needs are met
  • Providing product information and support
  • Keeping detailed records of customer interactions
