Job Title: General Cover Teacher

Contract Type: Full-time, Long Term
Pay rate: 1,000 - 1,100 per week (dependent on experience and responsibilities)
Working hours: 8:30am - 4:00pm

About the Role:

We are looking for a General Cover Teacher who is enthusiastic, adaptable, and ready to make a real impact! In this role, you will provide engaging, well-structured lessons across a range of subjects, ensuring that students continue to make progress even when their regular teachers are absent. You will play a key role in maintaining consistency, offering support, and helping students thrive in a positive learning environment.

You will join a dynamic, collaborative team dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing, and empowering atmosphere for all learners. Whether you are an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), if you bring positivity, resilience, and flexibility, we want to hear from you! To be eligible you must:

  • Hold a recognised teaching qualification (QTS, PGCE, BEd)
  • Be eligible to work in the UK
  • Be willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check (if not already registered with the online update service)
  • Provide two professional or academic references
