About the Role:You will be taking full responsibility for a Year 3 class, delivering engaging and high-quality lessons that support every child's progress and wellbeing. The class includes pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), so experience or a strong interest in inclusive education is highly desirable.
What We're Looking For:-
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Recent experience teaching in Key Stage 2

Understanding of strategies to support pupils with SEND

Strong behaviour management and communication skills

A nurturing and resilient approach to teaching

A supportive and experienced leadership team

Friendly and motivated pupils

Ongoing CPD and SEND training
