Description
- Conduct thorough surveys of council properties to identify and assess disrepair issues.
- Expert witness and court attendance.
- Produce detailed reports on findings and present to management.
- Collaborate with the construction department on necessary repairs.
- Ensure all works are completed to the highest standard and within budget.
- Communicate effectively with tenants and other stakeholders on repair schedules and updates.
- Stay abreast of industry developments and regulations, ensuring compliance at all times.

Profile
- A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field such as Construction or Surveying.
- A strong understanding of construction processes and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
