Description
- Conduct detailed surveys of properties to identify disrepair issues.
- Prepare comprehensive reports outlining findings and recommended actions.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant legal and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders to resolve disrepair cases effectively.
- Monitor progress and quality of repair works to ensure standards are met.
- Advise on building maintenance strategies to prevent future disrepair.

Profile
- Relevant qualifications in construction, surveying, or a related field.
- RICS Qualified
- Experience in managing disrepair cases within the public sector.
- Strong knowledge of building regulations and safety standards.
- Excellent report-writing and analytical skills.
- Ability to liaise effectively with contractors and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for surveying and reporting.
