As Junior Sous Chef you will:
- Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Help lead and motivate the brigade during service
- Ensure high standards of food quality, consistency and presentation
- Assist with training and development of junior chefs
- Maintain excellent hygiene, food safety and kitchen organisation
- Step up to lead sections and services when required
