What You'll Do:
As a Customer Service Agent, you will:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across various channels.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Effectively troubleshoot problems and offer appropriate solutions, escalating when necessary.
- Process customer orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds with precision.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in their CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs), maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.
- Contribute to a positive team environment through knowledge sharing and active participation.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school qualifications or equivalent.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite software (Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook).
- Experience using Customer Service software.
- No immigration sponsorship available for this position.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to accurately type a minimum of 25 words per minute.
- Ability to interact professionally with others and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience utilising a multi-line telephone system.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly dependable team player.
- Ability to prioritise workload and complete responsibilities on time.
