What You'll Do:

As a Customer Service Agent, you will:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across various channels.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Effectively troubleshoot problems and offer appropriate solutions, escalating when necessary.
  • Process customer orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds with precision.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in their CRM system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs), maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school qualifications or equivalent.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite software (Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook).
  • Experience using Customer Service software.
  • No immigration sponsorship available for this position.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to accurately type a minimum of 25 words per minute.
  • Ability to interact professionally with others and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience utilising a multi-line telephone system.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
