About you:

Are you a creative and driven NPD professional with a passion for food innovation? We’re looking for a New Product Development Manager to lead the development of exciting new food products from concept to launch, working across both branded and own-label ranges.

In this key role, you’ll manage the full product development lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Technical, Operations, and Marketing. You’ll bring insight, creativity, and a commercial mindset to identify market opportunities and deliver standout products that align with brand and customer expectations.

What you'll do:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end NPD process

  • Drive innovation through trend and competitor analysis

  • Support and develop a small NPD team

  • Oversee product trials, packaging development, and launch plans

  • Play a leading role in shaping and utilising a brand-new test kitchen
